MBSJ WhatsApp Biz services is the first comprehensive automated communication channel offered by a city council in the State of Selangor, Malaysia.

MBSJ WhatsApp Biz services serve as the first touchpoint for the community within the city council’s jurisdiction to communicate with the city council on a real-time basis.
